Warning to all players new & old

I'll keep this post short & simple and post the ticket. A bug happened causing my castle to demolish when i try to upgrade. Wouldn't go away so i reported it with video evidence. It clearly shows i lost at least 2 hours (1 hr it demolishing, and that same 1 hr could've been used to upgrade other buildings). It caused other loses but won't get into that will stick to pure facts that are proven. Developers response was issue fixed. No compensation (basically i wanted a hammer for 2 hrs and charisma to use it). Compensation was a very fair request in a world only in it's 3rd day or so (time is a huge factor).
i've always advocated for the developers, called patience for people experiencing bugs, etc because i thought they are doing best they can and as players we should be reasonable but this is unacceptable. So i wanted to share with other players as a warning. I'll be quitting once i spend my 40k remaining denari. I know for a fact some players get items just for reporting a bug (that they actually used lol). so not getting a fair treatment of just 1 hammer from an issue clearly proved with video and handled poorly the first time is just telling the player go ahead and quit :D I'm not the first one to quit of how customer service handles bugs and won't be the last. It's also not a secret i have no issue with spending alot of denari on the game so the issue is about principal not about the hammer

i'd like this to just be a warning to what to expect form this game - not intended as a "great to see you leave asshole" or "pls don't leave byz" kinda thread. just pure facts about bugs and how customer service handles them. for newbies this is what to expect should you play.

Fair Treatment?  Looks like only if you are a preferred customer.  Is it really that hard to compensate when an issue is proven?  #fairplayforall

As per my last reply to your ticket, I have removed that Castle and placed it back in that city. Please stop trying to demolish it. We have never once received any tickets from xXDIREWOLFXx, so that claim would not be correct.

update after i posted in forums my castle was restored to lvl 4 which i don't believe fully restores the time spent but is better than nothing.
interestingly i did not name xxdirewolfxx in the ticket so the new advice is if developers treat you unfairly in a ticket capture evidence and come to forums.

Being nice & video evidence & asking for fairness = nothing

Being a dick, telling them off, posting in forums = gets results

as i was posting a reply you posted - thanks i documented what you did as well. feels like only because i posted in forums but intention can't be proved via video ;)
not impressed tbh but that's just my opinion. first time it happened i was trying to upgrade not demolish (although maybe had demo button in script on not sure). second time i wanted to test it. i do think however if accidently a building is clicked to demo or someone changes their mind should be allowed to cancel. so issue not 100% fixed.

You should've refunded something (time, gave me extra level etc) without me making such a big deal or being nasty in the ticket. so it's sad that a simple hammer or a level building compensation took an argument.
i won't press demo but if i upgrade it and it happens or accidentally do it (me or any player) seems it will happen so best to look at the issue's cause and solve. ty

I am the Community Manager, keeping track of both tickets and Forums is a portion of my duties. I saw both because I am the one that has been handling your ticket all morning and I also keep an eye on the Forums.
